Kevin Eggleton to Join Lares Risk Management

As Lares Risk Management (LRM) continues to grow, we have built a strong and professional Board of Directors to help guide our next phase of expansion. Over the coming weeks, we will be introducing each member individually, along with several exciting updates.

With that, 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 Kevin Eggleton, 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫.

Kevin brings 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to his role as Board Member and Strategic Advisor at LRM. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former senior leader within the Department of Homeland Security, Kevin has built a career around protecting people, assets, and infrastructure across both public and private sectors.

𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, giving him a comprehensive view of the risk landscape across critical sectors. From managing large-scale guard force operations across 200+ client sites in Thailand to directing federal aviation security and dignitary protection efforts in the U.S., Kevin brings strategic insight and disciplined oversight to every engagement.

Now 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐨𝐤, 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐑𝐌’𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. His leadership is underpinned by deep experience in multi-jurisdictional coordination, insider threat protocols, and training program development, having personally trained hundreds of Federal Air Marshals, SWAT team members, and security personnel throughout his career.
